Blatant disregard for the opposing Active Pokemon! Use A2 Electabuzz to quickly prep your Electivire or A1a Electabuzz to poke at the enemy bench without having to interact with the enemy's Active mon. Once Luxray is ready you can freely snipe any pokemon with 120HP or less (130 with Giovanni). Note that weakness damage is not calculated when hitting benched Pokemon so try to poke with A1a Electabuzz early to force healing/get them in Luxray range. Cyrus/Giovanni cards can be changed as needed.

Raichu Power Plant

Druddigon is an ideal opener, stalls to set up the power plant (Magneton) and feed the Raichu with energy. Dedenne is a good sideboard option for cheap access to paralysis. Can also sub out a 2nd copy of Magneton for Galvantula and trap opponent Pokémon with Sabrina.

To Charizard or Not to Charizard

Moltres EX is the anchor, powers up a Charizard EX or Arcanine EX based on matchups: Arcanine EX beats Pikachu EX decks easily, Charizard EX is a great counter for Mewtwo EX as it can kill one and survive a Psydrive hit from a 2nd one to get the win.

Weezing Bouncer stalls for Wigglytuff EX to sweep through most pokemon with sleep, leveraging Kogas to Weezing sustain/free retreats when the Wigglytuff is ready to sweep.
