Ok ok ok hear me out! I wasn't sure if this would work but I even just beat a blue green mirror match up without the weezing so I feel this has legs. It's all blue so everything goes to lapras so you can switch out late game without worries. If you go second you can lead caterpie to find friends. Otherwise lead lapras or koffing. Chump block with koffing in the first few turns if needed as you should only need one weezing realistically in the late game. Once you've used both koga you can put in both lapras and begin switching between the two. Save one misty for the 2nd lapras if able. Butterfree heals to keep both weezings out as long as possible and prolong the power of lapras. No x speeds needed imo
