Build your board depending on the starting hand. Fish for your cards with Caterpea and build the board. Use Surperior to build a super strong Celebi or Venusaur. Have the other for a back up on the board. Finish your stall with butterfree if caterpea survives.

Pressure early game with EggmanEX early game Stack celebi in the back for damage Or stack mew to counter mons such as: Mew2EX, ZardEX, really any high damage moves. This deck runs 3 Eggmans just in case you dont draw one in time.

The deck has very quick and aggressive card filtering and would get an easy surprise win. You can switch out the Red cards and/or X Speeds for anything else depending on what you prefer. For instance you might want to replace it with Sabrina or pokemon flute.
