Should trade snom/frosmoth for 2 Giovanni, never really a situation where you want a frosmoth over Articuno, any time you would need snom chip for 10 you can just buff w giovanni on the blizzard or ice beam. Snom can also just get sniped with an unlucky Sabrina before you can evolve it, and then you can't lose a single Articuno.

Surprisingly lean and high powered, despite the stage 2s and 3-energy attack costs. Deals obscene damage for decks like Skarm/Sol, while still being able to bust through wall decks like Oricorio thanks to non-attack damage. I personally tend to go back and forth between Rocky Helmet and Misty for the last card slot; the deck could theoretically go even faster with a Misty, but I've gotten burned by 0 flips enough to prefer the consistency option. Also, darkness energy WILL throw you the game.
