The stupid idea is that you boost your mons with dialga and then you do the job because they either need metal energy or no energy in particular. Don't try I can't test it and it sounds terrible but it was funny in my head

This deck focuses on poisoning your opponent and keeping them as low HP as possible while having Whirlipede ready to do massive damage when evolving to Scolipede. Try to not use Cyrus unless you have to bring an EX Pokemon back to the active slot if they retreated. Use the Giant Capes with the Venipede. Mightyena is alternative high damage w/o poison effect if needed.
